I'm using NVIDIA Quadro 4000

but can't set this option. What's issue ?

Thank but is needed special setting in nvdia setting app? I checked gpu of card on load 1-2% but cpu highly load 100%

That depends on type of catpchas you are using. Such captchas as recaptcha. solvemedia. hormail, universal are solved on our servers. GPU works mostly for local modules.
