Had a real hard time buying zennoposter :(

I just had a really hard time buying Zennoposter yesterday.
I purchased it using a credit card. Then, it was pending with plimus for hours for verification. I contacted them and got a response after some 4-5 hours.
In the meantime contacted zenno support and they said once plimus approves it, I will get the license details within 1 minute.

Now, plimus has approved the transaction and it's waiting for the vendor approval. I've already dropped an email to your support id but still finding it hard to get my license copy activated.

What the hell??? You don't have any automated system in place for buying your tool??

It's been a pain in *** to keep sitting and following up with plimus support and now zenno support.

Can someone please help me ?

P.S. - I used a different email id for purchasing the product then the one registered here. I keep all my payments associated only with that id. Can send you the email id over PM.

Some purchases are reviewed manually.
Some transactions are checked more time then others.
There are lot or carding attempts nowadays.
