Handling file dialog(upload)

Hello friends

I am trying to upload file with zenno.
But I am having a problem zenno doesn't handle my file dialog. It still opens and want me select the file.

My code

        $instance->SetFileUploadPolicy("ok", "");
        $instance->SetFilesForUpload("C:\\xa\\hs\\pd\\res\\11.jpg");

What am I doing wrong?

Is it flash loader?

No it is normal loader.
I read somewhere it doesn't handle them in code creator? But when importing into zenno it works?
