Hard nonusual captcha problem - please help us

This is something like animated captcha but with math :/. Have You got any solution for it? No captcha breaking services works, captcha sniper don't work to, etc...

This is showcase from captcha builder: http://adf.ly/jlszq (but in this case is only animated captcha with custom adds - i think it is to hard :/)

Anyway I know, that services like deathbycaptha can provide us text from image, so we can solve this with regex for example and put into captcha result field, but what about other captchas like custom adds? It is possible to solve it? Maybe You know better and faster way to do this?

Im not sure that workers of anticaptcha services will solve that kind of captchas with 100% success rates
