Hardwire WhatsApp's VK comment link from WhatsApp group into VK with delete command and much more

Is this even possible? Let's assume we have a WhatsApp group that's being monitored via WhatsApp Web, then we also have a VK group that we manage.

A person sends a link to a commeny on a post in this VK group into the WhatsApp group, the message should then be sniffed and processed, or processed straight forward resulting in having (either via the API of VK or otherwise) this exact comment deleted with further processing done afterward (like blocking access of the user who posted this comment to this group).

Please say - is this possible and can this be done with ZennoPoster?
