Help Needed: This page loops infinitely

Could someone test to see if you can get this page to load: https://app.forewarn.com/ ? The logo loops infinitely and I can never get the login form to appear. I'm not sure what could (or should) be done in this scenario to resolve this and was hoping I could get some help.

Thanks for being quick to look into it bro. I think you'll need to try to use a US based proxy. I dont get the access denied page, just the infinite image/loading loop.
