HELP!! what is going on with my templates - won't read captcha

I keep getting this error - Recognition result: Unable to cast object of type 'DeCaptcher.DeCaptcherResult' to type 'interfaceslibrary.ICommonInterface'.

Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.
