My Experience:
Order

1.: after 2h USE/day
1.Speed dropped
2. rotation did not work

3. i got the same ips multiple times

2.Asked Support : what is Multi-location license* :they told me that i can change between US/Uk...etc ( when i wanted to swap i have no access to the Options i think the Reason: is because i used the 15 EUR discount : i'm not eligible. but they can swap it for me)
The offer is on the Screensoot say i can....
After: they told me to RED THE FAQ :

3. Ther is no multiple carriers(only 1) ""you have to eddit it""
