How can I find the right document and form number

On some pages, the same elements have either 1 or 2 or 3 as the form number.

For example, sometimes I get Document 0 and Form 3 and other times the same element it's Document 0 and Form 2. I have read earlier that I should change them both to -1 but this doesn't work either as it doesn;t match the element anymore. Any suggestions?

Yes, tried setting them both to -1 but when I do, I cannot match the elements anymore.
