My monitor has low resolution, and I can't set my browser to emulate a mobile device. I will send a screenshot. I believe it is due to the monitor's resolution. Is there any way for me to see the bottom part of the browser option without having to buy a high-resolution monitor? Just to emulate the Android system. Here's the image. This could even be an improvement for the bot. I should note that I've already tried dragging to resize the cube with the data and stretching, etc., and it never shows.

There is no way to extend profile settings view on low resolution screen.
As a workaround, I can advise you to create a project with mobile profile settings on PC with high resolution.
Then load it on the computer with low screen resolution and use this project as a base template for new projects.

And what would be the resolution to start appearing? I use a 1920 x 1080 monitor and it doesn't show, what screen would display it because it looks like I will have to buy a monitor for this.

1920x1080 resolution is fully enough. You should check screen resoluion in display settings in your Windows system. It is too low probably.
I use a 1920 x 1080 resolution and it doesn't show, and yes, in the Windows system, it's set to this resolution

I've checked with this resoltion. Profile settings are displayed in full size.
Check also Scale value, it must be 100%.
