How do I make zenno run faster/more efficiently?

I have a amd fx8320 and 8 gigs of ram but still after a while the program gets really clogged up when I have 5+ threads running.

I look in resources and barely any cpu usage but huge ram leaks in 1500 or so for single instances. I have made templates to restart frequently yet still the ram loads up fast.

But even at 1500 if I have 8 gigs there should still be alot free no? so why is it still slow?

What steps can i take to free up more resources when running multiple threads? I already do stuff as well like turn off pictures in templates.

I notice that it says 7/8 gigs total used in ram resoruces so I guess this is my main issue. Can I change settings in windows (8.1) to stop it from gettting so high and/or would buying more ram help? or is the 32 bit/4 gig bottleneck in play?

What can I learn from that article is not to have large lists and always link them to a file. This is very similar to the attempt to hide the chronic sores, drawing attention to some minor details.
Just buy huge ssd and use it like a ram )))

Does getting more ram help? OR it will be blocked by 4 gig 32 bit rule?

Ok cool I use win 8.1. I thought 32 bit programs are still locked into only 4 gigs of ram? and zenno is 32 bit is it not? because the guy who made gsa search engine ranker said that is the case with his program. or zenno is a 64 bit program?

zennoposter is 64 bit if your OS is 64 bit
Projectmaker is 32 bit

It's totally depends on sites. Some are lighter, some are heavier.
