How exactly do I upgrade from standard to professional edition?

Hi.
I have the standard edition and want to upgrade to the professional edition. I'm supposed to get a $70 discount on the upgrade but I cant find where infact to order the upgrade.

The orderform has no upgrade option and I cant find anything about that in members area. Can anyone tell me how to proceed?
