how often to repeat

This is how my template is set up in zp.
But - it does not run each day on the designated hour. it does not run at all. what am I doing wrong?

maximum threshhold -1

Try to recreate scheduler rule and set beginning time not in the past, but in the future. Let me know if it will help. I think that solved issue for me.
