how to deal with IE alert box

Can anyone please suggest me how do i close the alert box , example exit popup messages ?

i am not able to find any solution for this

hey! just a question, what parameter do I need to write for example for JS Confirm Params? False?
Im curious about the debug questions that IE sometimes ask... I disabled them on IE options but sometimes they appear anyway.
