how to download a video links?

i used "get" , for down load a video , but why it cant download video??
the "get" pass success, but it is fake , when i check the download file, the video file size is small, not really video! why?
the time out was set!

the links was available when i put it in the IE
and i try another why by c# for down load the video, it is error , even cant pass!

i mean i am able to download without a problem using IE.

Sometimes you must download a file by http > Get.... read traffic monitor and try to do that.
