How to keep a report of what you have done?

Say I post on a bunch of forum profiles, I'm not sure how to program zp to take down the URL of my profiles on a txt file. Any advice on this?

Search URL to your profile after successful registration and activation of your profile (you may have to login first).
Or you can take it in this way if you already on your profile's page: Add Web actions > Add Step branch > Add GET to the left and Web Browser to the right > then use Parameter's name field > Get page URL
