how to load proxies from link?

I want to load proxies from link and reload every 1 minute.
How should the link look like?
a simple html page with the proxies there?

a txt file for the capmonster to download?

yes, looks like it should be the link to list file.
here is the example:

Proxy providers usually give such links to their proxy list
