How to post text to Tumblr

Fairly new to zenno..
Am trying to make an auto poster for Tumblr. Something that will post both images, videos and text.
I have recorded the process of adding text to Tumblr, but cannot work out where the text is. I have created a list with lines of text that I would randomly like posted to Tumblr I know how to create the list and select a random line but no idea how to post it. Any help with how to post text to tumblr.
Images I can work out but text has me beat at this stage
Any help would be appreciated..

Put text into variable, then set that variable as text.

If i had understand you right, you need to do this.

If you on some blogs using only html, best way posting si above email. Each blog have unique email, and this option tumblr not change( instead classic posting, they change options every few months).
