How to save Response Content after Action Post Requset

hi,
i have some information to save from website. but there are about 30 data on one page. i need to click Next Page and save data. and i have 1000 pages to take. it is very slowly to take page one by one.
I analyse the page with HttpAnalyzerStdV7, screenshoot as below. As you can see, all the data are on tab [Response Content] on the Action [Post]

Can save the data with ZP Action Post/Get Request ? and how ?

You need to google and learn how to use POST and GET requests.
I dont think that someone will do whole digging for you.
