How to set geolocation in browse

Hi,

I have a question about geolocation in browse. How can i change it?

When l start program my geolocation is from my city, then l set proxy... and now l have some problem - my geolocation is from different country, my browser language is different... not like in whatismyip.com (here is everything ok)

Geolocation is determined by IP.
