How to solve Google Captcha?

Hello guys I am stuck on this, as you can see from the image. I don't know how to solve because if I right click on it and use it solve it with CapMonsterCloud it never solves it. And with 2captcha I don't understand how to parse the code of the HTML page and find the sitekey and send HTML request etcetera. Can you explain me step by step how to solve this please?

I can pay 20$ if you help me solve this step! Thank you

Do you have to click on the box before or it clicks automatically? It does not click for me so I set a rise action and use Recognize Recaptcha I get error and if I use "this is CAPTCHA" it doesn't work
