How to start debug inside a template

hey guys,
i've a short question.. i'm currently building a huuuuuge template. a bot, like bookmarking demon, for all german bookmarking sites with pr higher than 4...
I need to start debug inside a template... i can't debug all steps until i get there i wanna start.. that would take years... how can i start debugging within a template? just click on the step and select "start debug" didn't work.. help me please

you can do it only by clicking on step and selecting it as first step...
but if you have some data loaded before, this wont work

*awwwhh* Yes, i'm loading the e-mail adressen and passwords to use in the first step of the template... hm.. then i must load it on every bookmark site and delete the step if' I'm finished.. thx!

this is why i allways make separate step for loading data, so i can only delet connection and add it to step i wish to test...
