how to write Chinese symbols to a file?

i got some chinese words in {-available.title}, and then use the file process--write to file 1.txt, but when i open the 1.txt, i found some unable read code, why??? how to solve it, how to write chinese to a file from available??

debug, look the varible value, make sure the var value not unablecode.

文件格式要用utf-8

Make sure original file has UTF8 encoding.
If result file has unreadable content, convert it to UTF8 too.
