i am missing something in captcha

Hi;
I have made a project taht creates emails.
Of course it requires giving a captcha;

I decided to test deathbycaptcha.com with zenno;
I have given my login and password, but still al the time i am asked to solve captcha manually;
When i negate, nothing happens - captcha is waiting to be rewritten in manual captcha recognition;

i realised that mabe i am missing in captcha settings - i have put login and pass, but there is nothing filled in >more options< field.
Should there be anything?
