I Can No Longer Open ZP 5

I've been trying for 15 minutes to open my ZP 5 after not using it for more than a month and I'm greeted with a message that says

No Connection to authrization server

Do you use proxy or VPN for internet connection?
Can you access this URL in IE? https://userarea.zennolab.com/en/login.aspx

Well I feel silly. I always use Firefox on this VPS and it connects fine but it seems my VA put a proxy in IE that I didn't know about. I removed that proxy in IE and now I'm back in business.
