I can't get line from AWM proxy list url to be separated!

I have tried everything.
They just won't separate by lines.

I use the HTML Get text box to get the IP's from the AWM personal proxy list

I even tried to put it in a google spreadsheet and here's the result:

and obviously I get this error.

This is the "prox" list and you can see the separator is Enter (I think that means "new line") and they indeed look separated from here

but when I go and Get First Line from this file

through this form:

here's what I get in the variable:

and while I'm at it: I need to delete all lines of the text file before saving new ones otherwise they keep adding up
but every time i delete all lines the files also gets deleted! But as you can see from this screenshot I checked the option to leave empty file!

When you view list content, how is it displayed? each proxy in each own line or all in the first?
Try to use Own regex>\n as separator.

On view list content they look separated but when try to put first line in Variable then all the lines are taken!
Also, I already tried with regex \n . Same issue

I think there is some wrong with formatting after you parse IP's from the website.
When you open proxy list file with Notepad++, what symbols are shown at the end of lines?
