I need help posting into twitter. Could someone assist me?

I seem to stuck on this part. How could I post on twitter? What macro do I use?
I want to post about 10 tweets with 5-120 seconds in between and grabbing my tweets in my custom file instead of the Resource folder.
Could someone help me on this?

1) You can use pause macros with random argument {-Pause-|-{-Random.Int-|-5-|-120-}-}
2) Use the full file path {-File.GetString-|-c:\Links\links.txt-|-random-|-false-}
