Image watermark, with changing background? How to?

Hello I want to try in zenno have picture which put on 95% transparancy (watermark pic), and have folder with 500 background with difrent size/resolution.
Want to take first from folder background, stretch it to watermark size and save, and delete background from folder.

Is it even possible with zenno?
