Input settings filename ?

I am trying to get a table from input settings (filename) variable, it always fales to read file.
Is there any example how to do it?

Thanks for that but this is not what i need, i do not needa list i need a table.
I need to open a file (variable from input settings) and assign it to a table, before i do table proccessing.
