Insert random links

Hi,

Does anybody know how to add random words with a link in a already existent post in WordPress?
I want to add some links with anchor text to my already post in my PBN. Im just not sure how i can add the links in. They can be anywhere in an article.
Can anyone help?

Go to the edit page, put the already existing article into a variable, replace a random space in that variable with your html snippet, update the article with your new text.
If it's a selfhosted wordpress site I'd use PHP instead.

I had that in mind with the random space, but how should i do that? And as "random" space how should that be generated?
