Hello!

Make sure you have installed .NET framework 3.5 and 4
And do not have .NET 4.5 (It it is presented - uninstall it)
Also you need Microsoft visual C++ 2010

You need to have installed 3.5 and 4 frameworks (and they have to be activated on your server)
And you need to delete .NET 4.5 if it's installed.
