Instance windows keeps appearing for a very short moment

I have ZP running in the background, minimized to task bar.
I always hide all instance windows because I am running many threads.

However, every 10 minutes also, some the instance windows pop up for a very short time (1/2 seconds), then they disappear. This is very annoying because sometimes they steal mouse focus and interrupt my front end works.

It's a new thing for 5.9.8.1. 5.7.1 didn't have this problem.

Don't know if this is related, ZP 5.9.8.1 also keeps losing and gaining focus, acting very unstable.

The ZP in background keeps stealing my mouse focus, making my front end work very difficult.

Please check if any of your projects has enables "SHow instances" in context menu of particular project.

No, none of my project has "SHow instances", but the instances still appear all the time at the top left corner of screen.
They appear for 1/10 of second then disappear.
