Instances goes crazy v7.3.2.1

This is crazy, the bot is stoped like 20 minutes already. Not to say that one instance freeze with data, and is not giving it back. + there are 13 active instances for something that is stopped a long time ago.

This is cosmetic bug. Instances are displayed as running, but they actually not. They don't consume resources and affect performance.
We are aware of this bug and working on it.

Got it about those empty ones. But there is one in freeze for sure because I can see data is missing, froze within the instance.
Instance freeze yesterday happened twice.
