IP for userarea blacklisted - Confirmation link not working

As said in the title, I enterd my email when I got the error that my IP is blacklisted when logging in to userarea. But when I click on the confirmation link I got to my email the following error is shown:

​ The link is not in the correct format or expired. Please, try again in 1 hour.

Can you check that please. Thanks.

I can't login to the support system because it says my IP is blacklisted
