is there a way to resume download?

hello everyone,
suppose i'm downloading a file by zennoposter about 50 mb.
for any reason zennoposter can't complete the download but it downloads about 45mb, the download link is viable for the first IP i'm using about 200 hours.
if i go back to download it again with zennoposter, the program will start download from 0 and create another file.
is there any way to complete previous downloaded file?
any suggestion to avoid uncompleted downloads? i don't want ways like increasing time-out.
i'm looking forward some ways like resuming the previous download.

I think u just don't have enough time for dowloading.
