Is there a way to set OS Screensize?

I noticed that if I have Javascript on..

www.ip-secrets.com -- can detect/sniff my OS resolution.
Your Resoloution: 2560 * 1551

Can I spoof this?

For example -- when I navigate to this page..

It pulls window.screen value -- basically I want to spoof this or keep it constant
