Issue using Proxys and Black browsergame window

Hello,
got 2 new problems which im not able to handle by my own
1. i got a proxy source (html-link) and i insert it into my proxychecker via "Add Source"
its checking the proxy correctly and its saying proxys are aviable but its not showing them at my live proxys.
A Friend of me was testing it he hasnt any issue with it. we compared both our settings etc and they looked same so i dont know why my tool isnt showing me the proxys -.-

should work right ?

2 problem is if my bot is entering browsergame sites like https://mylittlefarmies.upjers.com/de/
and filling in the account details. after that the game should load and start but i only get a black window.
Does Zenno support in general browsergames or its just not possible ?

yes this are 2 different questions doesnt have to do anything with question 1

You cab try it by yourself. Just open the link on the main post and fill some trashdata in it ( no need for E-mail Verification)
After that the game will load up but the Window is black
