Купил вот капмонстр, но походу iq маловат что бы понять стартануть

вобщем на мейн пк не ворк. думал траблы с менй пк, поставил на vds тоже не ворк при диагностике что там что там пишет
при запроссе в гугл выдало на англоговорящюю часть форума но там решения не нашел.
