Large file memory bug

Today i worked with large files ~ 60 MB it contain 1M strings, actually this is not too big because some files i have with 10M strings.

What is problem = my template merged all lines and compared with other list one line and after 100 success count memory was 10 Gb - Well i understand that it could take much memory to work with such large files, but the problem is that this memory not lowering but keeping in same amount - 10Gb after one hour. Only helped restart of course.
