i can't find the specification of the life time version
on how many pc i can install it and thread numbers and all the details

Lite - one computer, one thread
Standard - two computers, 5 threads.
Pro - three computers, unlimited threads.

You can run ProjectMaker on every computer where it is installed. But ZennoPoster can be run only on activated one. Activation can be changed in UserArea on Hardware tab.

Ok thank you for your answer but not clear yet for me
i have the pro version paying monthly and it say 3 computer but the running copies is only 1
Is it the same for lifetime?

Yes.

@majdi105 Unfortunately lifetime licenses are not available for the English version of the program. And this is not really a lifetime per se, You still have to buy upgrades once in a 6 month to keep the program up to date.
