load cookies one by one

Hi, i want to login into other accounts after sendig some emails form one account. But i do not see any option to load cookies of other account automatically. Do i have to load cookies manually after automating my email makreitng task or is there any way to load cookies of other accounts 1 by 1 after performing some task. Please help me through this

Yes i know about that but i want to run cookies of multiple accounts sequentially. I am doing email marketing so after it is done from one account, when it repeats i want the cookies of other account to be loaded automatically.

You may also use profiles and load profiles when you need to switch accounts.
