when opening/closing a large number of projects ，many times within half an hour the CPU is more normal, running too long CPU will be fully occupied

7.7 has this problem, 7.4 is not problem, a lot of get and post no browser tasks will causes this problem

How many projects exactly do you open?
Are large txt or table files used in some projects?

almost 100 processes,not large txt or table,
all the get or post and read write mysql operation

every project i add the clear cache and restart the instance when it need restart then i ok now.

Do I understand you right? You say you add clear cache and restart instance actions to your NO BROWSER projects and it helps you with memory leak?

Sorry my English is a bit poor and I don't know if this is the right thing to do. After clearing the cache and restart instance then I connected to the beginning of the project again and let it run still, thus eliminating the need to close and open the project.
After doing this, the CPU has been running for 2 days now and has only been taking up about 5%. Without doing this, it would have been taking up 60% of the CPU after half an hour.
I also do not know if the operation of clear cache and restart instance has any effect,but after doing this, everything works fine.
