Multi account scheduling.

Hi I'm looking for some one who can create scheduling template that i could incorporate in my bot. What i need is template that would work on multiple accounts starting job x times a day during whole day not all at once where x can be different for every account. It have to be able to run hundreds of accounts and have multi treading capabilities so tasks can be executed at same time.

Imput data would be in that format.
job type; email login;email pass; accont login; accont pass; accont proxy; target keyword; executions per day

i 'am on a similar project. I need to manage multiple account , on same website, i 'am wondering how to manage credentials (login, and password). I want to use a bot interface to handle it. Someone, can give me some help to achieve it. It would be great
