Good skills in c#, JavaScript, JSON, XML are required. I am an expert developer in c#, I work with that since 2001. I want to hire a freelancer, simply because I have not enough time to make all bots myself.
I can pay per hour or fixprice per bot.
In all cases full source code of the bot is required.
