nervous clients

What is chance, that i have only
nervous and dummies clients? I send details specification for schedule and run zennobox, client allways just clicks right click run, run , not good configure schedule and now tell me that "not works" and want refund.
I spend a lot time to explain, go on team viewer....
I tell this many times, but, why is not posible improve this zennobox with simple RUN STOP button and default simple schedule ? They want fast, quck test .
 
If you think that your clients is nervous and dummies then sorry mate for my words, but you DO NOT DESERVE anything better. :)

If I got some problematic clients ( what is really very very rare, have just single refund in 3-4 years of my work ) I look on what I should improve in my service and not if my clients are dummy LOL

Just fast suggestion - If you offer services for English speaking customers then go and learn English first. Personally I took some Eng classes myself, and I continue to improve my language every day.

On site, and for description, i pay for translate, this mean, my specification is very good .My english not have connection with my clients and problems with start program. And you like zennoposter user, in this case you will agree that UI of zennobox is not perfect and easy .And strange is that you defend something, what zennoteam can improve and can do better.

I see no point to change this default UI as zennoteam promised custom HTML for UI, so you will be able to make your own look for your bots. If you are not satisfied that there is long waiting time then there I could agree with you, but again in opposite you and me also develop some bots and at least I know that its pretty hard to promise exact time when it will be finished, what zennoteam already do not do, they never promised this or that feature in exact this day. Correct ?

Also I have not a single problem to explain my customers how zennobox is working. There is just Executions - Thread Count - Start and Stop button. Pretty straight forward if you ask me. Scheduler could be improved, but by functionality not by UI, what again zennoteam said it will be improved.

So what more questions do you have ?

I dont think that scheduler in zennobox is difficult. And good readme instructions to any client who buy your bot should really help in this case.
 
If you not planing in near future release exe bots, why not give us custom html and remove branding for zennobox? Remove branding,
due respect for your team , i thing is very easy ( dropbox api for download, and rename files), and custom html can be "fast" finished for zennobox?

You will have and so on 10$ by licence, but you will give us motive for mass selling and less support ( simple UI) .

And for main answer of thread. Some users not familiar with english, they open bot, thinking where is RUN button,wtf is this, read specification, click enable, not click schedule good. Upwork clients are nervous and want fast to try. They have routine with desktop apps,run stop and schedule in main eye look, without enable, atempts.....

I mean, it so hard put 3 options main- run, stop, schedule every- and in advanced schedule option client have other stuffs ?

Even tho it's not that hard I agree to some point.
For every template I've sold I always gotta explain the process of how zennobox works, threads, execution count, workflow etc.
I always send a readme along and it's not a problem, but a simple run/stop feature which everyone understand would be nice.

I have company with 20 employees, 10 years in Serbia. I something know about clients and sales. But your attitude is very strange you, "know" what is my problem in advance . We are one same side, and if you thing that zennobox can not improve +zennobox UI is userfriendly, and only problem is me,thats is ok.
