No connection to authorization server

I dont use any VPN but the zp show "No connection to authorization server" , I dont want use VPN when I run ZP, whats can I do for it ? I am in China.

Perhaps the authorization server ip is blocked by the china GFW (Great Fire Wall), So, what can I do? I can't work without ZP Now! Please help me out!

test ping to user area's URL and check what IP of destination will be displayed.

Try this in your host file. If the thrid ip is not work, try the first two ips.

I have used the ping command to these three ip, it often shows "Request Timeout", sometimes 148.251.48.178 can ping, but it's very slow.

it is back to normal now, I think it has something to do with the ISP of China Unicom Guangdong, thanks for your help.

can you translate errors that dispay on chinese?

+ run WinMTR (http://winmtr.net) and test trace to our server

That may be because China Gov Firewall blocked many ip outside china, ZP often take very long to load, and even sometimes can't open it. It's very annoying. So could you consider deploy an authentication server in china or HongKong etc?

We have server in HK for chinese users at the moment

Try to add these strings to hosts file

userarea-hk.zennolab.com 23.97.76.156
userarea.zennolab.com 148.251.48.178
