I receive this error when opening zenoposter. I am using a proxy connection. I am unable to ping from the cmd prompt but I am able to access web ports. Please tell me the settings in my config to resolve this issue.
No connection with the authorization server.

I am using a mobile phone tethered to my machine through USB. There is no other way I can connect to the internet. Zenno says no connection with the authorization server, but I can access the internet. Please help me resolve this.

Do you have antivirus on your PC? It can block connection to our server. Please check it.

Please run Diagnostic.exe from zennoposter directory Progs folder and send us created report.zip file/
