Option " Publishing project" is always encrypted in userarea?

How to deselect option for encryption ,i can not check uploaded template on personal PM?

When you sell projects via user area they are always encrypted.

yes, this is fine, but when i try download project it is encrypted on my PM, for some old projects i using template what si downloaded into panel, i know it is last version

This publishing feature is supposed to upload project with dll assemblies and to be able to do this, it requires encryption.
