Parse list then use If

Good Morning ppl, (sorry for my english)

I have a question for you because i didn't found a solution after use search on the forum.

I will explain my situation :
I took from a source page many id lines then, my bot do an action with all id line. But now i want to create a list and copy all this ID. Parse this list, before action from bot to dont do any action 2 times on the same ID.
I really dont know how to do.
How to analyse a list ?
Then how to use if command to dont do 2 times the same action on same id.

EDIT : If command can be : "{-Variable.matchfound-}"!="" ?

If you are using regex, use combobox and set "all" after this, to list.
