pass CMS spam filter system with zennoposter

Hi,all,In order to pass some CMS spam filter system,I have to type comment word by word,how to use zennopost automate this process?

first you should Get-Value of input field using branch builder
second Set-Value as executed value from previous step plus new word
and repeat it in a loop.
